Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a high-quality loan portfolio
• Market the company’s financial products and acquire quality clients
• Promote the company brand and lending solutions
• Conduct loan appraisal, analysis, and approval processes in line with policy
• Ensure timely collection of loan principal and interest
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
• Conduct client site visits for loan appraisal and portfolio monitoring
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
• Liaise with service providers to recover non-performing loans
• Provide basic business advisory services to clients when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field OR
• Diploma in Business or Cooperative Management with at least three (3) years’ lending and Debt recovery experience
• Proven track record of strong performance and achievement of targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
