United Winners Sacco Society Limited is a leading deposit-taking Sacco in Kenya, committed to providing innovative financial solutions to its members. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Credit Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Credit Officer will be responsible for:
- Assessing loan applications and conducting credit risk analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with Sacco policies and procedures.
- Monitoring loan portfolio performance and managing loan recovery.
- Providing financial advice and support to members.
- Preparing credit reports and recommendations for the Credit Committee.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in credit analysis and loan management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and Sacco operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
