JOB DETAILS:
Locations: Western Region, North Rift, Nairobi Region
Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Credit Supervisor to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing credit operations and ensuring efficient loan processing in their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage credit operations in the assigned region
- Review and evaluate loan applications and documentation
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures
- Train and mentor credit team members
- Monitor loan portfolio performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience in credit supervision or microfinance
- Strong knowledge of lending practices and risk assessment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
