JOB DETAILS:

Academic & Professional Qualifications

1. Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
2. Higher Diploma or a masters in Critical Care Nursing.
3. BLS & ACLS certified with a valid ACLS certificate.
4. Must be a Kenyan Registered Critical Care Nurse with a valid practicing license.
5. Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience 2 of which must have been in ICU.
6. 2 years’ experience in teaching and learning.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Computer skills.
8. A great team player.
9. Ability to offer professional academic counselling to students.

Added Advantages

1. Excellent record-keeping skills and documentation
2. Be a certified ACLS/BLS TOT
3. Certified TVET trainer
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Faculty and clinical staff, students and hospital staff and clients.
5. Committed to supporting and developing a holistic approach to student well-being at the TNWH-CHS.
