JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking a seasoned agronomist to oversee large-scale sustainable oil crop production for bio-feedstock, with focus on degraded and marginal lands.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include planning sowing & post-harvest campaigns, conducting research trials, GIS mapping, and ensuring high-yield sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (Tropical Agronomy/Bioenergy preferred)
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of oil crops and digital farming tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Contract Details
Full-time, 1-year renewable with 3-month probation.
