Job Summary:

Brites Management Services is seeking a customer-focused and experienced Customer Care / Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
  • Provide product information and resolve customer complaints.
  • Process orders and track deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or ERP experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
