We are a leading supplier to hospitality industry, looking to hire Customer Care Executive to manage key client accounts, generate sales, and ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication, order coordination, and relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales through calls, emails, showroom engagement, and client visits
- Manage assigned key accounts and drive repeat business growth
- Prepare and issue quotations and proforma invoices
- Receive, confirm, and coordinate accurate processing of client orders
- Conduct regular client visits for relationship management, business growth, and issue resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients on orders, delivery timelines, stock availability, and delays
- Follow up on collections and ensure timely cash receipt in line with company policy
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, and basic sales reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years' experience in telesales and/or customer service is preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized
- A self-starter who works well independently and in team settings
