Customer Care Executive

Do you have a passion for people and a knack for delivering excellent service? We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the friendly face and voice of Express Garage.

What You'll Bring:

• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Public Relations, Hospitality or Sales
• 3+ years in customer service, preferably at an automotive workshop or dealership service center
• Working knowledge of vehicle servicing terms and job-card processes
• Proficient in customer coordination between service floor and client
• Strong complaint handling and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with basic software/ DMS tools
• Good communication in Kiswahili and English
