Job Summary

Chapa Copy is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Care Representative to manage client interactions. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our print services, managing order workflows, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls, emails, or messages regarding our print and design services.
  • Order Management: Receive customer briefs, generate accurate pricing quotations, and track orders through the design and production pipeline.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, shipping inquiries, and order changes swiftly and professionally.
  • Front-Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy reception area and collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate final deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, professional telephone etiquette.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-volume walk-in clients calmly under pressure.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort learning digital order tracking systems.
