JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp inquiries and online messages
- Schedule client appointments and maintain accurate records
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for satisfaction and timely payments
- Support digital marketing activities (posting content, responding to comments, engaging clients online)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Computer literacy is a must
- Experience working with phone suppliers or in a credit-based sales environment
