CUSTOMER CARE / CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: KES 28,000 - 35,000
Location: Mombasa Road
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or related field.
- Over 2 years' experience in a call centre, telesales or customer service role.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing or distribution is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or ERP experience is required.
