- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Offer compassionate customer service and promote Funeral Home's services while ensuring clients receive professional assistance, accurate information, and seamless coordination
