Role Context

As a Customer Experience Intern, you won’t just respond to clients; you will represent the standard. You will be the first voice our clients hear. The calm presence when questions arise. Responsibilities

You will work across calls, digital platforms, and internal teams; ensuring that every interaction feels clear, compliant, and human.
