POSITION: Customer Experience Associate
Responsibilities
• Must have good PR & customer service.
• Handling orders, tagging items, and generating receipts.
• Inspecting garments for damage at intake and final delivery.
• Managing inquiries (calls/WhatsApp), complaints, and requests.
• Coordinating delivery riders for timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Processing payments and reconciling daily payment.
Requirements
• At least a Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or front-office).
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili; ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (PoS) systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
