About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to bring energy, warmth, and excellence to our coffee spaces — from roasting to retail to brewing. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile (and comes back for more ☕).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
• Engaging customers with exciting coffee knowledge & recommendations
• Handling customer feedback and turning it into positive experiences
• Supporting teams in upselling and service excellence
• Ensuring our outlets are vibrant, welcoming, and on-brand

Who We’re Looking For

• A bubbly, outgoing personality with great energy
• Someone who loves interacting with people
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
• Experience in hospitality/customer service is a plus
