Responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing client accounts, building long-term business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should possess a Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Clearing and Freight Forwarding, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of working experience at a Management level in a Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) company or related industry is required. Proven leadership and management experience is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili are essential. The candidate must be conversant with:

  • Clearance of local shipments
  • Customs declarations and related applications
  • Relevant regulatory procedures in Clearing & Forwarding operations

Strong customer service orientation, ability to manage client accounts and build long-term business relationships, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a high level of integrity and professionalism are expected.
