? Customer Service Administrator (Reliever)
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
? Role Summary
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and improving service processes while maintaining strong member relationships.
? Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Handle and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate member records and database
- Provide detailed information on services, events, and memberships
- Follow up with relevant departments on customer issues
- Prepare daily reports on member interactions
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Promote club services and upcoming events
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions
? Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant experience in the service industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexible to work shifts
- Strong alignment with professional ethics and company values
