Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive (Logistics / IOR) role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The position involves providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, and overseeing the end-to-end process of IOR services to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships

Experience in Customer Support and delivering Customer Satisfaction

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Service Management practices

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with logistics, IOR/EOR processes, and compliance requirements is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
