- Investigate and solve problems of customers, handle problem of customers by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, develop & measure KPIs, drive operational excellence with best practices for customer service activities
- Preparation of weekly reports and statistics related to customer service e.g. Customer Service Level (CSL) and Customer Case Fill On Time (CCFOT)
- Develop, review customer service policies and procedures
- Participate in budget preparation related to Customer Service and optimize cost in the day to day customer service activities
- Identify root causes of customer supply chain inefficiencies to reduce Out of Stocks (OOS)
- Oversee the management of 3PL contract & operations on a day to day basis
- Oversee the management of warehouse Improvement of logistics and distribution costs whist maintaining efficiency and performance levels
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of warehousing/storage, order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control activities with the 3PL
- Manage SLOBS; analysis, alternative usage, selling as well control its generation through phase off phase in in liaison with planning team
