Role Overview
We are looking for sales-oriented, voice-capable agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Contract & Schedule
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kenya Time)
Weekend coverage required
Must-Have Qualifications
Candidates should meet at least 5 of the following requirements:
- Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of music trends and streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music)
- Fast learner, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience with audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, etc.)
- Background in sales
- Comfort with reading scripts, technical instructions, or basic code
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
- Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
- Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
- Provide professional and polite responses at all times
- Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
Technical Requirements (BYOD)
- Laptop (no Chromebook or Linux OS)
- Windows 10 or higher
- Minimum 8GB RAM – Intel Core i5 (10th gen or higher)
- High-speed internet: minimum 50 Mbps (download & upload)
- Wired, noise-canceling headset
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
