We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s friendly, organized, keen for creating amazing customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media promptly.
- Handle orders, track deliveries, ensure accurate and timely updates to customers.
- Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen & delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records and feedback logs.
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and online customer engagement.
- Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the Bubbly brand voice with warmth, positivity, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Confident with phone, WhatsApp, social media communication tools.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking during busy hours.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays when needed.
