Job Purpose:

To support the daily operations of the hardware shop by providing excellent customer service, assisting in sales, and ensuring efficient handling of stock and store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Handle sales transactions and issue receipts accurately
• Assist in receiving, arranging, and monitoring stock levels
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and products are properly displayed
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Support day-to-day shop operations as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field
• Prior experience in a hardware shop or retail environment preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and computer skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
