BambooHR is a leading HR software company that helps businesses manage their employees more effectively. We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are successful in using BambooHR software. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth implementation of BambooHR.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with BambooHR.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of BambooHR.
  • Educate customers on new features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., product, support) to resolve issues and gather feedback.
  • Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with HR software or SaaS products is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
