Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern – International to support client engagement and service delivery for our international operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer relationship management, communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Support follow-ups on international leads under supervision
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Help in preparing quotations and basic documentation
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
  • Support the team in day-to-day customer success operations
  • Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction follow-ups

Requirements

Learning Outcomes

  • Practical experience in customer success and client management
  • Exposure to international business operations
  • Training on CRM systems and communication tools
  • Understanding of sales support processes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Good organization and time management skills
