Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Eldoret
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our SaaS, POS, or ERP systems.
- Providing guidance and support to users on how to effectively use our products.
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Gathering customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in SaaS, POS, ERP, or customer support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
