Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will secure enterprise ICT infrastructure, implement cybersecurity frameworks, and drive organizational change management. This role covers disaster recovery planning, information security standards, and user adoption strategies to support secure digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement secure enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Design and deploy disaster recovery solutions and information security protocols.
  • Support organizational change management, user adoption, and post-implementation support for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with international information security standards and best practices.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives with a focus on infrastructure resilience and user readiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • CISSP®, CISM®, CEH®, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 10 years of experience implementing secure enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change management, user adoption, digital transformation, and post-implementation support.
  • Knowledge of international information security standards and best practices.

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation assignments.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with government agencies, financial institutions, higher education institutions, or development partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in Eastern Africa or similar regional contexts is desirable.
