We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and analyze complex datasets, developing statistical models, generating actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in data analytics, statistical modelling, survey research and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in survey sampling design, weighting methodologies and quantitative research analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, questionnaire design and data quality assurance processes.
- Experience handling large and complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
