Job Description:

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry into designated databases or information systems for each shift
  • Regularly check for quality deviations of sorted products and communicate issues immediately to the team leader
  • Fill scale checklists daily and follows up with team lead and maintenance to repair within timelines
  • Fill daily the board to visualize the PRF performance
  • Create a weekly Variance report of recyclables sorted vs. recyclables baled
  • Retrieve specific data from the database systems as requested and conduct data validation
  • Follow up on spotted data inconsistencies to optimize accurate recording.
  • Implement corrective measures and validation procedures to improve data accuracy and reliability
  • Support team leads in quality control - at the conveyors and at the lines
  • Support management team on wide range of data-handling requests
  • Identify any gaps in the data collection and reporting process, bring up solutions and push for implementation
  • Proactively suggests data collection / operational changes to improve data collection / accuracy
  • Prepare and present weekly key results and variance reports to management and trends.
  • Implement automated data checks and validations using spreadsheets or basic tools, aiming to reduce manual errors.​
  • Review historical trends and produce monthly analysis on material flow efficiency, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.​
  • Liaise directly with operations and maintenance to ensure that technological solutions for data collection are adopted and maintained.
  • Participate in the weekly Stock take of unbaled recyclables and accurately record the data
  • Drive investigation on data variances by collaborating within and outside the department
  • Design and implement advanced dashboards or visualization reports for management, allowing real-time tracking of PRF KPIs.​

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Actuarial Science, Information and Data management Systems, or Accounting.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data management and information systems preferrably in an FMCG.
  • Experience with data management software and tools (e.g., Sheets, ERP systems)
