ROLE PROFILE
Our client helps hospitals and pharmacies turn raw information into actionable intelligence — from optimizing supply chains to predicting patient needs. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s comfortable wrangling complex datasets and excited to apply AI and machine learning to real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple healthcare and ERP sources.
- Design dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports that translate insights into business decisions.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models using AI/ML techniques to support forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with engineers to integrate analytics models into the ERP system.
- Validate and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to data governance and ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting.
- Understanding of ETL pipelines and cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Bonus: experience with LLMs or applied AI tools for business automation.
