What We are Looking For

2-3 years proven experience in debt collection, credit control, customer service, or a related role Experience working within microfinance institutions, money lending companies, SACCOs, fintech lenders, or collections environments is a strong advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Results-driven with a strong ability to meet collection targets Good analytical and reporting skills
