Responsibilities
As a Debt Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts. You will maintain accurate records of all collection activities and adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for individuals with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a recognized institution. Prior experience in debt collection, credit control, or related fields is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. A go-getter attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills is also necessary. Recent graduates and those awaiting a letter of completion are encouraged to apply.
