Purpose: To Unlock Human Potential for Good Mission: To Grow Business with Capital and Knowledge Vision: The first choice for MSME growth in Africa Job Purpose The Field Agents at 4G Capital are responsible for managing delinquent customer portfolio and recover any overdue monies in line with 4G Capital policies. Roles & Responsibilities • Act as the liaison between the engineering, data, operations and strategy teams to continuously adapt a clear and inspiring technology product vision and strategy. • Ensure all accounts are worked upon. • Meet Daily Targets. • Following up and close out on all defaulted accounts • Investigate and resolve any customer queries and complaints. • Achieve the monthly collection targets. • Perform field visits and submit reports/action plans to recover debt. • Work closely with the units and the call centre on the bad debt portfolio • Manage relationships with local authorities and Security Officers. • Participate in field collection drives across all branches. • Action on BFCs from the Call Centre Required Skills for a Field Agent • Degree or diploma in a Business related course • High communications & presentation skills • Ability to handle confidential information • Organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • A Strong service ethos is essential • A can do, proactive, energetic attitude towards your work and people is a must. • A good self- manager, • You need to be a strong team player, prepared to get your hands dirty • A ‘make it happen’, positive, energetic attitude to your day-to-day work • Enthusiasmt hit the highest standards • A practical approach to issues and challenges • A desire to make a difference everyday. • Must have been in the company for the past six months. • Ideal candidates’: - ➢ Monthly collection rate in their portfolio must be a minimum of 93% if they are currently ➢ serving as a Collections Officer for the past 6 months ➢ If a Loan Officer, they must have consistently hit targets in the past 6 months. ➢ If a call center agent, must have consistently hit targets for the past 6 months • Must have a clean disciplinary record i.e. no instances of absconding duties or violation of Company Standard Operating Procedures. • Must be willing to relocate anywhere within the country • Self-starter, problem solver and able to work under minimal supervision • Integrity
