Debt Collections Agents - Uganda
Requirements:
- Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts on behalf of the company.
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems
- Sending reminders for upcoming or missed payments through calls ,texts
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree is a business-related field
- At least one years of experience in Call Center or Debt Collection
- General Computer knowledge
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
