Job Summary
As a Debt Collector Officer, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from individuals or businesses. Your key duties include:

1. Contacting Debtors: Reach out to clients via phone, email, or mail to request payment of outstanding debts.
2. Negotiating Payments: Work with debtors to establish feasible payment plans and negotiate settlements.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
4. Legal Compliance: Ensure all debt collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Reporting: Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses for management.
6. Customer Service: Address any queries or disputes related to debts in a professional manner.
7. Analysis: Review account details and payment histories to identify trends and develop strategies for debt recovery.

Desired Skills and Qualities.
