Background
Riziki Source is seeking to recruit Debt Collectors on behalf of our client (Persons with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply) for opportunities based in Nakuru.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a person with disability (PWD).
- Must be currently residing in Nakuru.
- Commission-based role — earn 25% of the revenue generated.
- Completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in any field.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Good command of English and Kiswahili.
- Previous debt collection or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
