We have been in existence for over 30 years, present in Angola, Sao Tome, East Timor, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and now in Tanzania handling advertising needs for corporates, SMEs, and small businesses across our group companies
What We are Looking For
- BA/BSc/HND
- 2-3 years proven experience in debt collection, credit control, customer service, or a related role
- Experience working within microfinance institutions, money lending companies, SACCOs, fintech lenders, or collections environments is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet collection targets
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
