JOB DETAILS:
Collection Africa is hiring Debt Collectors for Day/Evening Shifts. The role involves collecting outstanding debts and managing customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong negotiation and customer service skills to join a growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Diploma in a business related field.
2. At least 1 Year of working. Experience.
3. Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control or call centre environment is an added advantage.

& relationship management.
3. Proficiency in MS office,excel
& word with profisiensy in
using collection system.
