DESCRIPTION

The Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring timely, safe and accurate delivery and dispatch of goods to clients or designated locations. The role ensures proper handling of stock, order verification, documentation and supports smooth logistics operations.

• Deliver goods safely and on time.
• Verify orders before dispatch.
• Ensure quick and accurate dispatch processing.
• Complete delivery documentation and record returns.
• Maintain delivery vehicle and report issues promptly.
• Assist with stock receiving and issuing.
• Verify stock quantities during deliveries.
• Confirm products match customer orders.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Support stock counts and inventory checks.
• Complete delivery and return documents accurately.
• Maintain daily delivery records and reports.
• Collect proof of delivery signatures.
• Deliver stock between company branches as required.
• Provide professional and courteous service.
• Communicate delivery delays or challenges promptly.
• Assist customers with delivery-related inquiries.
• Follow company transport and safety procedures.
• Ensure goods are loaded and secured properly.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a valid driving license.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and document handling.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery documents (invoices).
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and offloading tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Integrity, reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• KCSE Certificate (Minimum)
• Valid driving license
• At least 1-2 years of experience in delivery, dispatch or logistics operations.
