Delivery Riders

• Safe Driving: Safely operate a motorcycle to transport food orders and packages to customers in a timely manner .
• Order Delivery: Deliver orders to customers promptly, ensuring food quality and presentation are maintained during transit .
• Route Planning: Effectively plan delivery routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and weather using navigation apps .
• Order Verification: Verify order details before dispatch and confirm delivery with customers upon arrival .
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers where applicable (cash-on-delivery) and ensure accurate change .
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle checks (tires, brakes, lights, oil, fuel) and report any mechanical issues promptly .
• Cleanliness: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times .
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations .
• Communication: Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and delays .
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions .
