Job Summary

The Delivery Rider is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely deliveries by:

• Picking up and delivering customer orders promptly.
• Verifying delivery orders before dispatch.
• Ensuring food is transported safely and arrives in excellent condition.
• Support delivery operations by:
• Collecting payments where required and issuing receipts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic care of the assigned motorcycle.
• Following traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Reporting delivery challenges or customer feedback to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Previous delivery experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
