ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY
Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.
Job Purpose
Oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered dialysis and cardiac catheterization laboratory services while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dialysis and cardiac catheterization services.
- Supervise nursing staff within the unit.
- Monitor patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Ensure dialysis machines and equipment are functional.
- Monitor infection prevention and patient safety measures.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in emergency response during procedures.
- Train and mentor nursing staff.
- Monitor quality indicators and prepare departmental reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Specialized training in Dialysis, Critical Care, Cardiac Nursing, or Cath Lab Nursing.
- Relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
