ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY

Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Provide leadership and coordination of maternity services to ensure safe maternal and newborn care in accordance with national guidelines and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise labour, delivery, postnatal, and antenatal nursing services.
• Ensure safe motherhood practices.
• Coordinate emergency obstetric care.
• Monitor maternal and neonatal outcomes.
• Supervise nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols.
• Mentor maternity nursing staff.
• Coordinate patient education initiatives.
• Participate in maternal death reviews and quality improvement activities.
• Prepare departmental performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
• Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Specialized training in Midwifery.
• Relevant maternity nursing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
