Deputy Principal – Senior School
- This position is suited for an experienced education professional with a strong background in instructional leadership, staff development, student discipline, and strategic school management. Working closely with the Principal, the Deputy Principal will contribute to driving the school’s vision, strengthening teaching and learning outcomes, and fostering a safe, high-performing, and values-based learning environment.
Key focus areas include:
- Academic leadership and curriculum oversight
- Teacher mentorship, coaching, and performance management
- Student discipline and positive school culture
- Strategic planning and policy implementation
- Stakeholder engagement with parents and the wider community
- Governance, compliance, and administrative leadership
