Role Overview:
The Developer – Reconciliations & Settlements will design, develop and maintain robust, scalable reconciliation and settlement systems across the bank’s platforms. The role will collaborate with operations, technology and business stakeholders to automate workflow, improve accuracy, and support settlements across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions for reconciliation and settlement processes, including exception handling and automation
• Integrate with internal systems (core banking, payments, clearing) and external systems (inter-bank, switch networks)
• Establish and maintain layered monitoring, dashboards and alerts for reconciliation workflows
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand business rules, design solutions and support system roll-outs
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions are compliant, secure and aligned with the bank’s IT standards
