Qualifications

Experience Required:

2-3 years

• Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with hands-on coding experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code to deliver solutions
• Exposure to automation implementations, including experience with automation tools, workflow tools, scripting, CI/CD-linked automation, or test automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI implementations, including experience with AI implementation, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, or AI-assisted workflow use cases (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of disciplined engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
