Responsibilities or duties

  • Regulatory Monitoring: Research and track changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the organization's operations.
  • Compliance Audits: Assist in conducting internal compliance reviews and spot checks to ensure departments adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Documentation: Support the drafting, updating, and dissemination of compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
  • Incident Reporting: Log and track compliance incidents, breaches, or whistleblower reports, maintaining accurate records for investigation purposes.
  • Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering compliance training materials and awareness sessions for staff across all levels.
  • License & Permit Tracking: Maintain a register of all organizational licenses, permits, and certifications, tracking renewal deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Risk Control Testing: Participate in testing the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions for identified weaknesses.
