Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications (preferred) - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Sales.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Digital Banking, Transactional banking, and Digital Channels Sales in the Banking Industry.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks specific to the Banking sector.
• Experience with the Bank operations and systems, and familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial reporting standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
