Background
Our client in the retail industry is looking for a high-performing Digital Lead to champion their centralised Marketing Hub and drive brand visibility across their operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related course.
- 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with 1–2 years leading a team.
- Regional exposure beyond Kenya is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics. TikTok + trend analysis and Project management tools (Asana/Trello/ClickUp)
- Strong visual literacy, able to guide and critique creative work.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with multicurrency and regional content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
