Position : Digital Marketer
Industry : Hospitality- (Airbnb)
Location: Ruaka
Gross Pay: 30-40k
Available Immediately
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking platforms
- Grow and manage social media presence
- Track performance analytics, prepare reports, and improve conversion rates
- Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand tone
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with guest reviews to build online reputation
- Build and maintain partnerships with related brands and organizations
- Respond promptly to digital inquiries and booking leads
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in digital marketing (hospitality or real estate preferred)
- Proven skills in PPC, SEO, and content creation
- Experience with Airbnb and OTA platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
