Open Position: Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Executive

Industry: Online Printing & Branding Solutions

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and search platforms to drive traffic and online sales

Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates

Create and manage structured social media content showcasing key products including business cards, banners, stickers, packaging, and branded merchandise

Monitor and analyze campaign performance including ROAS, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition

Identify trending products and seasonal sales opportunities.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, email and website chat

Required Specifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce operations

Strong understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and content creation

Excellent written communication skills

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

Commercially driven and results-oriented

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms

Experience with CRM systems and order management processes

Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions
